Heroes Ending?

Rumor has it this is the last season of heroes because NBC is going to pull the plug due to poor ratings. This makes me kind of sad because I think this season is kind of interesting. Hopefully they will give the show another chance, or at least end it with a bang.

More Star Wars Cards...

Here's a couple of Sith Lords in sketch card form. I love working on Star Wars art more than anything else.

New Black & White Sketches

I have a few sketch card projects upcoming, and I came to the realization that I hadn't done any all pencil pieces in quite sometime. When I do large quantities of sketch cards I usually do the bulk of them in this style due to time constraints. So, in order to warm up a bit I sketched these up to sell on the bay. The Padme was a recreation of sorts of a Galaxy 4 card I did (although it surpasses its predecessor imho). Which is a good thing because I'm always looking to improve my technique. I feel like I am finally getting comfortable with photo-realistic art, not yet satisfied but comfortable. I think if an artist is ever too satisfied with his or her work they can become stale. OK, enough of this diatribe, I'm starting to sound like Barry Windsor-Smith. It's late.. forgive me.

J O K E R

Ah yes, another Joker sketch card. People seem to like them, so I keep drawing them. That's how it works. I am working on some non-sketch card sized art (finally). I will post some of it soon. Thanks for looking!

Watchmen - Rorschach

Some of you may have noticed the lack of commentary by me lately. I just don't feel like what I have to say would be insightful enough without coming off as a jackass, so I've just let the art speak for itself. See, even THAT sounded arrogant. If you want some excellent commentary that is both insightful and educational check out Mr. Brian Stelfreeze's blog. It's in my links section, the man is a genius in every sense of the word.
